Like many others I posted a wanted add on Gumtree, Daniel responded via text with the part I wanted and a picture. I offered to pay via paypal but he said he doesn't have it, so I paid via bank deposit. 2 and half weeks went by without the item arriving. He offered to refund money but has not arrived in my bank account after 3 days. I have made a complaint to gumtree and my bank account and logged
